Hemp is a plant of the Cannabaceae family, the fatty acid composition in Hemp Oil resembles the skin’s natural lipids meaning once applied to the skin, your skin will feel healed and replenished! Hemp contains a high amount of antioxidants which helps protect the skin from early signs of ageing, antibacterial properties, anti-inflammatory properties that help soothe inflames skin (cystic acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, etc.), and has also been shown to increase moisture retention within the skin whilst reducing sebum production.
