No claim in respect of goods will be recognised by us unless made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Only Products sent by us in error or faulty products will be recognised for return. Products can’t be returned if the customer has a change of mind.
All returned goods are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Brushes, Polishes and similar items drying or curing items can not be returned after purchase. If a faulty claim is made on a product, assessment will be made by the supplier of the goods. Staff have the right to accept goods based on re-sale in perfect condition to another customer. Where a product has been opened or has been damaged, no return can be made.
Returned goods arranged by Ultimate Salon Supplies incur a $14.95 metro courier pickup charge. Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer when products were ordered incorrectly and need to be returned. Ultimate Salon Supplies is responsible for freight charges when orders are sent incorrectly.
Minimum order for dispatch is $50.
Customers must pay invoiced amount by the date stated on the invoice. Accounts are provided out of goodwill and respect for on-time payments is required. A 6 month trading history is required before account status is provided and is based on monthly regular purchases totalling $6000. All invoices state the payment date. Abused accounts will be revoked and will be placed on a COD basis. Any outstanding amounts will be sent to a collection agency where credit history could be affected. All costs incurred in the collection of outstanding debts are the responsibility of the debtor. An account keeping fee of $10 per month will apply to overdue accounts.
Accounts must be kept within terms or subsequent orders will be held till payment.
Issuers of Dishonoured cheques will be charged $30
Freight charges apply. $4.95 Metro for order $100 or over – excluding furniture & equipment subject to supplier fuel levy and charge increase.
Cheapest transportation method used & subsidised for Country Freight. Hazardous goods cannot be sent via Australia Post.
