Delivery Information
HOW DELIVERY WORKS
All metro residential delivery addresses will have authorised to leave (ATL) at the premises.
If you are not wanting your package to be left, please notify us and we will mark it with a day that you will be home to receive the delivery.
Packages that are left are done so at your own risk, Ultimate holds no responsibility to missing packages once delivered. Please note, a redelivery fee will occur for any missed deliveries.
For all address changes, please notify us via email or phone so that we can update your details in our freight system. (Please note a redelivery fee will occur for address changes once the package has left us).
Freight charges apply $9.95 Perth Metro area, excluding furniture & equipment subject to supplier fuel levy and charge increase. Orders over $250 are free to Perth Metro Area.
Cheapest transportation method used & subsidised for Country Freight. Hazardous goods cannot be sent via Australia Post.
Equipment & Furniture purchases require COD or prepayment.

Quick delivery: We aim to despatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
Delivery Method and Labelling: Your selections will be delivered to your door via Courier or if an international delivery via Australia Post International Air.
No Signature Required: All deliveries will not require a signature unless specifically stated by you.
Despatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched.
Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 7 days if your item is in stock. All back orders will be delivered within 21 days unless personally notified.
